The Office of the Governor and the Guam Department of Public Works has created this website to provide you with your connection to Guam’s roadways from Umatac to Andersen and everywhere in between. Funded by the Federal Highways Administration, we have developed this portal to:

- Provide an overview of the Guam Transportation Program and the 2030 Guam Transportation Plan,

- Provide updates on roadway improvement projects designed to make our existing roads safer and easier to navigate,

- Provide contractors, designers and vendors with solicitations and listings of pending projects, and

- Allow you to tell us what you think about our roadways and transportation issues on Guam.

We hope that you will visit this site often and will subscribe to our email updates to keep you updated on our progress as we pave the way forward for our island!

The purpose of the 2030 GTP is to provide a common policy framework that will guide transportation investments and decisions by all levels of government and the private sectors. This plan provides strategic direction to the Department of Public Works, the Federal Highway Administration and local policy makers who have the responsibility for the planning, prioritizing and funding of transportation projects on Guam.
